The new MACS epic provides hospital critical care CPAP for the recovery room and transport. Epic’s demand flow system delivers CPAP without wasting oxygen. A calibrated knob sets the CPAP level up to 20 cm H2O. Full-range oxygen blender (21% to 100%) or 65% oxygen for transport at the flip of a switch. A built-in alarm system warns of patient disconnection or low gas supply.
