Postdural Puncture Headache After SCS, Intrathecal Pain Pump Likely Requires Epidural Blood Patch

A retrospective chart review of 549 spinal cord stimulation (SCS) and 503 intrathecal pump (ITP) patients found that 2.2% of SCS patients had accidental dural puncture, 75% of whom developed postdural puncture headache (PDPH).
