EEG Distinguishes Between SCS Responders and Nonresponders

ORLANDO, Fla.—Early results from a pilot study indicate there are distinct neurophysiologic patterns associated with pain relief among people who respond or don’t respond to spinal cord stimulation (SCS). Although the researchers acknowledged the preliminary nature of their work, they believe their findings may help refine personalized approaches to pain management based on individual neurophysiologic
