Mounier-Kuhn syndrome (MKS) is a rare pathology of the pulmonary anatomy that leads to abnormal tracheal and bronchial enlargement (tracheobronchomegaly) secondary to muscular and elastic tissue atrophy.1,2 The trachea and main bronchi dilate on inspiration, and then narrow or collapse during coughing and expiration. Because of
