Malignant hyperthermia (MH) has an estimated case prevalence of one in 15,000 to one in 75,000 general anesthetics, with a higher incidence in the pediatric population.1 About 17% of MH cases occur in children, and are associated with significant morbidity and mortality if not promptly recognized and treated
