A 15-year-old girl was brought to the ER, semi-conscious and approximately eight months pregnant. Two friends who accompanied her reported she had been well, but was becoming frustrated by the duration of the pregnancy. On the advice of another friend, the patient inhaled some cocaine to induce labor. Within minutes, she grabbed her head and fell to the ground. There was no evidence of head injury.
