‘60-Second Abstracts’: A Case of Severe Anaphylaxis to Sugammadex


In this video abstract recap, the author presents a medically challenging case of a patient’s anaphylactic response to sugammadex.

The case involved a 60-year-old woman who presented for cystoscopy and resection of a bladder tumor. She had a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, reflux and a bladder lesion.
